Nora Maloney, Associate
Nora received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, she was involved in the Emory Moot Court Society, serving as the Co-Director for the Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition. Nora is a member of the Order of the Barristers; a national honor society recognizing the top advocates from their respective law schools and received the Top Oral Advocate award for achieving the highest oral argument score in her section.
In addition to her oral advocacy pursuits, Nora has assisted legal writing professors in the teaching of legal writing courses and has assisted in the drafting of a legal writing textbook titled The 1L Guide to Legal Writing, by Professor Kamina Pinder. Prior to joining Alonso & Wirth, Nora has prior experience in family law disputes in Georgia and representing homeowners in property insurance disputes in Florida.
