For 25 years Joseph has represented clients in transactions, litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters, primarily in the financial services industry and in disputes over intellectual property, employee raiding, trade secrets and non-compete agreements. He has represented clients in dozens of multi-million-dollar transactions and disputes.
