Nora Maloney, Associate
Nora routinely represents financial advisors, broker-dealers and registered investment advisory firms in disputes regarding financial firm transitions, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, securities and industry regulations in arbitration, state and federal court. She has also successfully represented numerous individuals in investigations and enforcement actions brought by FINRA, the CFA Institute, CFP Board, and other self-regulatory organizations
Nora received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, she was heavily involved in the Emory Moot Court Society and served as a teaching assistant for first year legal writing courses. Nora is a member of the Order of the Barristers; a national honor society recognizing the top advocates from their respective law schools and received the Top Oral Advocate award for achieving the highest oral argument score in her section.
In her spare time, Nora enjoys playing ice hockey, hiking, running 5ks (motivated largely by collecting race t-shirts), and doing jigsaw puzzles.
